Hi! lexx, good to hear from you..Glad to hear you did well on your test...An going to the beach, that must be awsome to have the ocean so close..I just got back from bike ride only went 10 miles today, haven't been riding as much as i should be..starting up this new biz, seems about the time i would be going riding i need to go get something or pick up something to work on..Are you able to communicate more freely now??

Thanks Vince, the ideas you sent are great, ill remember them, and work with them.
I have lost 10 and hope to see more coming off as I start swimming again on Monday
at 5am...the school closed over christmas so now will start over but shouldnt be as difficult as when i started a two months ago :)
