Just bought a Trek bike, now I just have to brave the 100+ temps to ride!

Thanks for the advice, I rollerblade most of the time. You forgot to tell me to stretch,LOL! It's been 100 here with high humidity, you're soaked when you walk ou the door. Ugh!

Not getting nearly enough time in on my bike as I'd like, but do have a side job creating a website for a guy that got laid off from the company that is setting up his own consulting agency.
