Boy, we're thirsty here all right; the temp's in the triple digits (120 the other day) and our air conditioner broke. Got it limping along again for now but gonna have to get a new one pretty soon. Bye, money!

Afraid my condos won't be that fancy but they are gonna have the latest in money-saving (for me) features, for ex.: clear, see-through outer walls. That way I won't have to listen to tenants whining about "when you gonna re-paint?" every time I turn around. My inspiration:
