I usually stick to 'cozy mysteries' but I recently came across several SF books. Actually 1 could be called a cozy in space (future) with murders and a very surprising finale: Off World Hotel & Resort by Dave Terruso. The second one I read was just as good, but darker: Before the Last Star Falls by Lisa L Tallabas. Also very good. I have one more, but will go back to my normal genre first.

I read "The Four Winds" by Kristen Hannah. Set during the depression/dust bowl. Somewhat depressing, but quite good...could almost taste the dust.
