Adding glitter to boxes

Mimi, I tried add glitter to the boxes by changing the color to a code from Image shack, but it does not work?  Any suggestions.  I have the glitter already in Image sja

    Sorry for the delay in answering. Do you mean you have an image that is glittery and you wanted to use it as a background. Can you put the link to the image here and then I can see what I can do,

        I can't see your page, so I'm wondering what you did and how.  I've had no trouble adding 'animation' to photos before I upload them & to use animation in my Banner. But can't do 'sparkly'/snowy in my background.  So I was wondering if you figured that out.
