I have had hamburger pie and it is good.  Looks fairly easy to make too. but what is TVP?

TVP is Textured Vegetable Protein or soya.  It has less than 5% fat and is so healthy for you, especially if, like me, you have a heart condition.  Usually it`s beef flavoured, but you can get other flavours too.
