My biggest treat is lobster with melted butter, but I love shrimp almost any way, and scallops, too. I like crab cakes or crab legs and crab salad. Not a big fan of soft shell crab or Maryland blue crab. They taste good, but they are too hard to eat. There is a restaurant here right on the Potomac where they serve a magnificent seafood pasta with chunks of crab, shrimp and scallops. YUM!

Shrimps.  Steamed or shrimp cocktail, fried shrimp  I also like breaded and fried flounder

I like pretty much all seafood, but you know what I miss that is very rare nowadays? Abalone. They used to be common, but like so many types of seafood they have been harvested too much.

I don't think I've had any abalone in 30 years. If you could find it, it would probably be $50/lb. I do remember years ago, the dorymen would sell fish from their boats in Newport Beach, but I've been gone from OC for 26 years.
