Right Helen and then the next day they would be friends again, the way things are now there is no next day to mend the fence.
today on our news about 15 miles from us a murder-suicide 5 dead, no details yet. What is going on and so close to the holidays.I think all the stuff going on with the government, unemployment, cost of living is just getting too much for some people.there is a lot of stress going on and so many people try to keep it to them selves and then just explode.
I'm with you Steve, I hate to get in the car and drive anymore.
I heard on our local news this morning that the United States Post Office has dedicated a post office box to Newtown, Connecticut if anyone would like to send cards, letter, care packages, etc. It is P.O. Box 3700, Newtown, Connecticut 06470
I think we are seeing the good that can come out of all this evil. I wish we never had to hear all the stories of these wonderful teachers and those adorable little children, but since this evil was inflicted, we have heard beautiful stories about all of them. I just wish the amount of airtime being given to this shooter was far less. He may have had problems, I don't know, but he was certainly capable of making decisions and executing a plan. I'm sick of hearing that he had mental problems or autism. There is nothing to prove that either was the cause of this. I do know this, that if he had mental problems, his mother should never have been teaching him how to shoot guns. Once again people with mental problems will feel like they have to go underground with their problems, so people don't fear them. That's a terrible situation and more victims of this guy.
