Senior  Discounts-Keep  this list - - - and send a copy to your
senior friends and relatives/friends
As I was waiting in line behind an older gentleman at Wendy's  recently, I heard him ask
for his senior discount. The girl at the register apologized and charged him less. When I
asked the man what the discount was, he told me that seniors over age 55 get 10% off
everything on the menu, every day.

Being of 'that' age myself, I figured I might as well ask for the discount too.
This incident prompted me to do some research, and I came across a list of restaurants,
supermarkets, department stores, travel deals and other types of offers giving various
discounts with different age requirements. I was actually surprised to see how many there
are and how some of them start at the young age of 50 .

This list may not only be useful for you, but for your friends and family too.

Dunkin Donuts gives free coffee to people over 55 .

If you're paying for a cup every day, you might want to start getting it for FREE.

YOU must ASK for your discount !

Very good info...I copied!

Now i don't know how accurate that list is . It came in an email . Ask and you may recieve ....

Wayne, the food discounts are mostly from junk food type places.......you shouldn't frequent them nor should the rest of the old people on this site.

On 2nd thought this could help the social security funding problem. We should encourage everyone to eat junk food.

Do you have a list of cigarette discounts that you could post?

You can sign up on line from some cigirette companys and they mail you discount coupons . Some have 4 dollars discounts per carton . Cig's around here cost around ...

Per Pack

I do agree they are . I'm trying to stay away from them . Right now i go maybe twice a week to Hardees for a biscuit . I have cut down a lot since i went on Insulin for my Diabetes ...

K Mart has good buys on things like shampoo and deodorant, add another 40% off and it's a real bargain. I didn't know about this. I'll start stocking up on Wednesdays only.
