If you had to eliminate one season of the year ie summer, fall, winter, spring, which one would have to go?

I moved to SoCa from NY; I already gave up winter. When I had knees I loved skiing, who would want to be stuck in a house all winter?

I guess that is a no brainer huh?...especially in light of this last winter blast in Texas etc. I gave some thought to late summer though when the "dog day" heat consumes us and I wish I could stay in air conditioning 24/7.

I guess I would say spring. Don't really mind the winter (and I live in snow country.) Love the fall because of the colors of the trees and the holidays coming. Spring there is just nothing to look forward to.

Hey there dwalt :) Nice to see you here! Oh gosh...spring makes me gush...weak in the knees,,,,the air is so fragrant and it is so intoxicating to sit on the porch during a gentle spray of a rain....ahhhh....flowers and tree buds and the moon....

I'm with you Rose - although some Summerish weather is important for the garden (but I prefer it not to get over about 87!) In Texas , I would definitely opt for Summer - cause their winter is like our Spring!

I live in Maryland would be more than happy to give up winter. I hate the ice, snow and cold with a passion and I love the summer heat.
