TBD

TBD on Ning

Suggestions anyone?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Do you like Chinese food?

corn on the cob, mashed taters and baked parm crusted chicken breasts.

Steak and ale.

PB&J.

Didn't feel like cooking anything.

Left over beef soup from Sunday and rice.

Beer battered eggplant parmesan (with the sausage sauce that I made earlier)

Bacon cheese burgers, pickles, chips and beer.  Good food.

Oh good.

Grilled chicken salad tonight.

Pizza, that was a little too crispy. The beer helped.

Had a very 'herby' potato soup.  Campbells would have been better.

The roll w/butter  (real)  was darn good!

A fried pork chop with a little of my BBQ sauce, and what I call Greasy Potatoes. A layer of shredded tater, chopped onion and a little garlic, topped with more shredded taters. Cooked in a cast iron skillet( with about 1/4 inch of oil) until crispy on the bottom, and then flipped. They will fall apart, so I pick them up with 2 spatulas and place them on a large plate. Place another plate on top, flip upside down, and then slide them back in the skillet to crisp up the other side. I'm sure my Dr. wouldn't approve, but they are TASTY!!

Tonights supper is homemade chicken pot pie using leftover chicken. Two pie crusts (bought or homemade), chopped cooked chicken, can of cream of chicken or mushrom soup and a can of mixed vegs. Mix and pour into pie shell, cover with second pie shell. Seal edges and make a few vent holes in top. Bake @ 375 til crust is brown. Yum and easy.
