Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Leftover grilled hamburgers, pork burgers and baked potatoes.

Hi, Ruby! How's it going with your shop?

I'm thinking of eggplant marinara for lunch, with a little pasta/avocado/red pepper salad. After that big late lunch yesterday, I didn't get hungry until about ten, so I ate a couple of Wasa crackers with cheese and some fruit, and pushed the omelet up to tonight.

Deconstructed Filled Cabbage:

Fry Hamburger and Cabbage with a little salt and pepper.
Add cooked rice and tomato sauce.Heat through.
Enjoy.

Love the deconstruction angle, Quinn! All the flavor with little fuss.

Chicken chunks sauteed in olive oil and chili powder, then lightly poached. Drenched in a honey-lime-cilantro dressing. Tossed into a salad of dark greens, fresh corn, red onion slices and jicama slivers. Maybe some black beans.
Guacamole mandatory, on salad or in chips.
Gotta go; mouth watering.

I don't know where we will go tonight. Sunday has for a long time been Ming Court night but Caleb has gotten tired of it. we must agree on a substitute.
