It shouldn't be too much longer....looking forward to meeting our Savior face-to-face.  In the meantime, here's hoping we are all ready for the coming storm.

Seems like we are both affected by the same fire.  Governor has declared a state of emergency as the fire may affect 80% of the San Francisco water supply that comes from the area near the fire (Hetch Hetchy)

I just opened up my windows so I can cool down a bit after my shower.  The air stinks like I’ve never smelled it here before....thick & nauseating.  Just another sign of His coming, as far as I’m concerned. 

All I care about anymore is Christ, my mother, and my well-being.  Everything else, and I mean everything, doesn’t exist for me anymore.

Good Morning Fellow Christian Soldier, 

As you can clearly see, the coming week is going to be very warm.  After a summer season that was relatively free of any nearby wildfires, that has changed.  There is a big fire burning to our west (about thirty miles west of Lake Tahoe), and the westerly’s are blowing the dirty air right into town……blah. 

Today, the house will remain locked up so that momma and I and my beloved cat friends can breathe clean air. 

Are you gonna accept my friend request sometime this century?
