Not getting nearly enough time in on my bike as I'd like, but do have a side job creating a website for a guy that got laid off from the company that is setting up his own consulting agency.

Yippee! Downhill slide to the weekend. Weather here sux today. Drove all the way to work in rain.

Lance is right where he needs to be. Came in 5th on today's stage. He won't win, but dayam... his team is incredible. Could be they have three riders in the top 10 at the end.

Well.. maybe.. but also for the ways in which they attend to their road rash while still pedaling their bikes.

Thanks for the advice, I rollerblade most of the time. You forgot to tell me to stretch,LOL! It's been 100 here with high humidity, you're soaked when you walk ou the door. Ugh!
