Share 'PC/MAC Help Desk'

What the heck is Windows 8, anyway??? If you have a Windows PC, a Mac, or a Chromebook (I'm looking at you, Google!) then you can always learn new tricks!  Internet problems?  Router not working? Can't print for nuthin'?  Need help on software?  Is Windows 7 better than XP?  Is Linux a viable alternative?
