I am a life coach and hypnotherapist who loves to travel, eat delicious, healthy food, and experience exotic cultures. My current interest in shamanism, the Mayan calendar, and the evolution of consciousness has me excited about visiting plant medicine healers in Peru and Brazil, exploring the Mayan ruins in Mexico, Belize, and Guatemala, and learning the sacred practice of tantra (it's not what you think).

    Hi Donald: It's a pleasure to "meet" you. Thank you for accepting my friend request. I am just getting ready to go to your web page, and I have read your "About Me" post, which I find most interesting and sort of exotic. I am a poet/writer, with one book of poems published, and another almost finished. I am also writing a memoir, and a book of very different non-fiction. I am a wife, mother, and grand-mother to a 15 and a half month old little girl, who has stolen my heart. *smiling* She is a delight. I have 2 children, a daughter who is 27, and a son who is 26. I am 56. I have been married for 19 years, and we have been together for over 23 years now. I like to read, write, and I love good music. I also love to dance. It makes my body and soul feel good.
