We've grown older. As we grow we gather friends, especially in these days of Internet and social networking. But as the years pass we begin to lose the ones we love and while we are able to move on as we should, there is a part of us that wants to hold on...and to not let the world forget that someone existed, did their time and left us.
This is the place where those that are gone remain alive in our memories.
I begin it with some TBD members that live-on in my own heart, but everyone's memories are welcome. Open a discussion for anyone close to you that you choose not to forget. Post photos, post the laughter, post the joy...post the tears.
This group is for them.

Donna Geisler passed away November 22nd, 2013. She was a great lady, a mother a grandmother and great grandmother. She was also my good friend and neighbor who introduced me to a Grief Group after I lost my bride. She loved to dance and when she was doing the line dances she looked like she was in another world. There is a ceiling tile in the Edgewater, FL Elks lounge that says " In memory of Donna Geisler DANCER."

Hi, Aviator. George and I were friends with you on Eons.
For a while there was something called Death of a Spouse on a site called EONS that no longer exists. We had such a support group there........I miss so many of them and wonder how they are doing. For me it seems the last 6 years have been one of loss. I lost my soul mate, my best friend, my husband to cancer in 2007, I lost my mother and brother in 2012.....I am the only person left in my original family. I am blessed with five children and I have remarried and started life anew. I guess what I have learned is you have to grab life and live it to its fullest, for tomorrow is not promised.
