Black holes are the 'mothers' of galaxies and the bond between them. The universe would be even more chaotic without them, they are 'order' so to speak.

"The black hole is nature's ultimate assault on the notion of a reasonable, friendly universe.  No advantage can be extracted from its existence.  It adds nothing to the majesty of the natural world.  And if there is evidence anywhere that the cosmos does not give a damn for its children, this is it."--from Coming Home by Jack McDevitt

For the do-it-yourselfers, here's an article on the prospects of building your very own Transcranial Direct Current Stimulater.  https://www.sciencenews.org/article/home-brain-stimulation-gaining-...

Bikinis remind me to hit the beach; Volleyball!

Advertisers already know how to do this anyway.  Put a bikini babe with a six pack in a pickup truck during a football game and zombies by the thousands report to their local vehicle dealerships.

There have been numerous research studies that show a person's subconscious knows what actions will be taken a significant amount of time before a person consciously makes a decision to act. So much for our conventional concept of free will.  Sam Harris (of Letter to a Christian Nation fame) has written a short book on the subject entitled Free Will. I wonder if this effect was factored into these telepathy findings.

Interesting, sorta scary mind control stuff, but is it really what we think of as telepathy.  As I understand it, an electronic device, picks up one person's brain waves which are then transmitted by a conventional data transfer method to another device that stimulates a 2nd person's brain.  Even if the data transmission was wireless, it would still be conventional. The new stuff here is translating the brain waves into transmittable data and back again. Are both participants seeing the same screen at the same time? if so, wouldn't they both tend, statistically, to fire together with the same visual cues?

Fat chance this Congress or the next one will wake up any time soon.
