Not sure, I think it involves, soy, alfalfa, Johnson Grass, mayonnaise, white glue, maple syrup, and crumbled up taco chips.......pretty tasty though.
Bob has parm encrusted chix (real thing) down to a delicious art....Oh my.....:-)

Tonight it's a BLT.
Pork chops and green beans.
I made a pepperoni, cheddar cheese, and hot banana pepper roll, and just munched on that. (don't tell my Dr. cause she is still after me about my cholesterol)
I finished off some left over kielbasi, pork, and sauerkraut. I also made vegetable beef soup and cauliflower "potato" salad for tomorrow.
I don't even remember what I had for dinner last night. I did have a soft boiled egg for breakfast.
A chicken thigh baked in aluminum foil, with green peppers and season salt AND a sliced zucchini also baked in aluminum foil, with diced green pepper and cayenne pepper, topped with parmesan cheese.
This is a recipe that could be worked on to make it a little better, I'm thinking.

Tonight it's salmon (real, not fake) with wild rice and some lovely 'maters from my garden. Maybe I will put them altogether in foil and bake 'em.....hummmmm.
