Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

We had a fruit salad and a mess of maple bacon.  We then tried some microwave chocolate chip cookies for dessert.  They come in a little kit with a bowl, powder and frosting.  You mix them with a little water and stick them in the nuker.  

Not too bad, but nothing like Mom used to make.

Fried catfish in Frelsburg on Friday night. So good I bought a few pounds so I will be eating fish for awhile.

Yum..yum!  Totally took me off my "less beef" diet!  

 Mommas meatballs rule!  Reminds me of stuffed cabbage just minus the cabbage.   And stuffed peppers....minus the peppers.    :-)
