Same here P.A. After last winter, I will take the heat.
The thing I hate the most is going out to dinner in the winter, coming out and saying "Oh, it's so cooooooold out here."
These are definitely first world problems, though. I am nambie pambie.
We had a mild winter (for here) so I can gripe about this heat. I am thinking of selling the house and getting another boat (power one this time) and moving on it. No property taxes, and if I don't like my neighbors I can just go to another marina.
I could never live without air conditioning. I don't know how you do it. I would at least need one of those portable ones that wheel around--a cool haven in a hot house.
Would not do without air . Just can't breathe . I ordered an 8,000 btu made bt Fridadare two weeks goo . Only cool or hezt this room . Does real well for me . Paid around $250 for it. Is real quite . Been around 88 to 95 last couple weeks .
You are on the same weather patterns I am on. However we have had some pretty bad ice storms. Snow..I can handle, but ice..well I hate driving on it.
We've had about 6 weeks of high 70's to mid 80's a few days last week I felt some humidity which we don't normally have here. It has been very pleasant and I'm grateful because I hate being hot with a passion. I especially hate humid. This month is usually when we get some 90 degree weather so it will probably happen in a week or so for a few days. I love the climate here. A very few uncomfortable afternoons and back to perfect. The temps cool every evening to the high 50's or low 60's so sleeping is always good.
I shore do love this song Callie ....
