Supplements, Do you use them? Cayenne Pepper?

I've been reading many articles online about the benefits of Cayenne Pepper. Does anyone use this? Do you use any other supplement?

I don't know why I haven't heard of the Cayenne Pepper benefits before now, I don't like spicy food but if it does what the articles say it might be worth biting the bullet.

Rose does that Lecithin work ? I take Vitamin D recommended by doctor . Said my Vitamin D is low . Also take B12 everyday . Some in here say they haven't had a severe cold since they started taking Vitamin D . I believe that is true also . No colds for me either . May try that Cayenne in pill form . I have also heard too many Vitamin's aren't good for ya either .

I think one of the articles said the Cayenne pepper would stop a heart attack and that it actually cleared the arteries which is why it helped with hypertension. It's super cheap I might buy some and try it.

what makes it work ?? is it the heat of the spice ?? so would chili powder work as well ??

It's capsaicin apparently that brings the benefits. I don't know if chili powder has that, I'm just now finding out about pepper as a supplement. They're saying it helps with lung cancer and stomach ills etc. seems powerful stuff if true.

Capsaicin is currently used in a lot of creams  to help joint pain from arthitis...you have to be careful to rinse your hands well after use...avoid mucus membranes and broken skin.

There is no theraputic dose for it..

It's the same substance in most types of chilis that makes em hot.

When my Knees hurt i rubbed the capsaicin on my knees at work . I got to burning . the more i sweated the more i was on fire . I'm sure it had to work . The heat was enough to get your mind off the knee hurting . I learned a long time ago not to shake Extra Medicated Gold Bond Powders on ya Privates . It will blister ya .

Why No she said it tasted that way . Maybe she was a drinking Clorox . I did pour a gallon of Clorox in my well to kill the smell of the water .
