Helen is Home

I got a note from Helen this morning saying she was alert and in recovery.  I just now received another note from her saying she is home.  Is a little sore but otherwise feeling okay.  Way to Go, Helen!  Glad you are on your way to healing and reovery.

Lilrain, thank you.  It's hard for me to believe too.  I was skeptical, but it worked.  I'm even dragging my feet less.  I was stubling on perfectly flat laminate floors.  No cleaning for a month  that should be fun.

I'm doing great.  Back is slowly getting less sore, but don't fall asleep without the pain pills.Woke up about 2 hours after it was due in misery.   Overall, I'm moving more.  The great news is the only pain is from the surgical procedure.  No ankle pains, no terrible leg pain and the "bursitis" apparently wasn't bursitis but connected to the back issue.  I even wash some dishes this morning.  Pete said no dinner dishes because too much lifting.  He said I'm walking so much better.  My feet are coming up off the floor like they hadn't in a very long time  I am a fan of University of Tennessee Medical Center-Knoxville.  Great job.
