How have your goals changed over the course of your life?

For the most part no. However, I find they change a lot since I turned 70 as I've relaxed and don't push my goals anymore.

I don't think I ever set goals for myself.  I took each day at a time and made the best of what I had.  I still do the same.

Not into goals all that much...just do what needs to be done as it needs to be done.

I've given up on some of the things I wanted.

I spent a lot of time setting goals with my real estate business.  Main goal was to be the best at what I did.  Top listings top transactions and in my personal life changed a lot.  First I wanted a family and a house.  After that I wanted to  be happy.  Then I was hoping for grandchildren and now I have four.  Now I'm happy living in Tennessee up on top of a hill overlooking the mountains.  It's amazing.

I had no lofty aspirations. I needed no corner office or status. I just wanted to be a good person....and a good wife and mother. I wanted to raise quality, responsible, contributing members of society, and enjoy my retirement years traveling and spoiling grandchildren. Some of that happened, I am happy to say. I am very pleased and proud of the way my kids turned out. I retired alone, however, so that didn't go as planned. But now I do my best to spoil my great grandchildren. I have no regrets.
