TBD on Ning

I want to lose some weight, summer will be here soon, and I would like to shed some pounds by then. 

What do you like to eat when you are dieting?  Do you have a special diet you follow, or just watch what you eat?

As the weather gets warmer, I love and enjoy salads...sometimes soup, but I tend to live on salads.

I like regular food i get tired of salads.i just cut back the amount and eat less.i really should be trying harder.My fault i lost this twenty lbs and gained it back.im never going too be thin again dont even want too be, just want too look and feel better.
I've lost about 20lbs, mainly do to the fact I eat less than I use to, but still need to knock off another 30 lbs, which would put me around 198lbs.
You got it right Susan and Harley, cut back the amount of food you eat on one setting. Leave
the table a little hungry. I know it's hard not too eat more when your still hungry
but it does work! plus a diet is really expensive unless you just don't eat much at all but then your
going to damage your health!
I eat less and try too stay away from sweets.

I have lost 30 pounds,I don't eat as much as I used to..I try and watch what I eat
