Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I think tonight I'm just going to have a salad. (DR. put me on a low dose med for high blood pressure today, and said if I knock of some of this weight, she can probably take me back off of it)
