Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I'm making pizza tonight. Dough outta a cardboard tube, (yes, i can make dough, I'm just being lazy today) sausage, (a mix of hot and sweet Italian) pepperoni, (slightly nuked to get rid of the grease) shrooms, (sauteed in butter and garlic) red and green peppers, black and calamata olives, and a whole bunch of provolone cheese.

Found the cable for the camera. I cook pizza in a cast iron skillet. The skillet is marked 12, but it measures 13 1/2 inches across the top. When it's full of pizza, I have to use both hands to pick it up.

Someone told me they made a big batch of Tecacho. What is Tecacho?

Last night was burritos, and tonight we had pork, sausage, and kielbasi with sauerkraut. 

(sorry Slim, It was cooked in a slow cooker)

Tonight is (meatless) Chix lime tenders w/potato salad.  I forget what last night was....oh yea...(meatless) chix mandarin w/crab rangoon!   Tomorrow might involve something else (meatless).  

God, I what I wouldn't give  for  a good med rare prime rib....*sigh* .
