Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Had a TV dinner. It's was fine enough...I like Tuna/noodle casserole...so there.

We had fruit salad. I also heated a couple of crab legs to go with it. It turned out to be a really good combination.

Well, how odd is this? This is the only Q thread left!
As mundane as it is....I like this one. It gives a reflection of a part of our lives that can be important....or not.
Last night we made fried okra....it was not something I'd crave. Either it was over breaded or cut too thin. I dunno, got any hints?
Tonight was great. "Buffalo" chix patties w/sweet corn & fries!

Smart Alec..........we just got too much breading on it and left it in the skillet too long. Takes practice to get it right, and even those that know how screw up now and then. It's a Southern thang.......:-)
