Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I poached the swordfish & made the clam stuffed mushrooms. the swordfish was fine; the stuffed mushrooms were great!

good evening! I made mahi again but this time i cooked some quinoa, black beans and some corn. And i made my favorite drink, Arnold Palmer- half iced tea/half lemonade!

No, tilapia tonight....its a baked pork steak and fried potatoes, and it will be ready very soon. Ye-um!

Well, the supperdinner was good, but for whatever reason it wasn't very filling. I had to scarf down some pizza rolls a little later, for dessert, I guess you could say. I might have some canned pineapple chunks now.

Nothing to exciting for supper but I have a great lunch.
Browned a chicken breast and sliced sweet potato in butter and olive oil. It tasted so good I may have to do the same thing tonight.
