Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

The Smart Balance is fine....I've actually been using butter-like substitues for years.

No it was very good, it was a fried whole wing not those pieces they refer to as wings now days and as you see I did eat a lot of other stuff.

...going to one of my fave restaurants (Carrabba's) for dinner tonight, w/one of my fave people (*PB*).

Had a chicken sandwich a little earier, now I'm having cantaloupe and plain yogurt.

Not too bad....the melon gives the yogurt some taste.

Geez its early to report here....what am I, the first guy in line at the senior citizen evening buffet?  Anyhoo, I have one salmon pattie left from a couple of nights ago, and might crumble that into a salad.
