Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Tonight, for my dining pleasure, I will be featuring a chicken breast with a buffalo wing marinade right outta the bottle, dredged in store bought bread crumbs, and sauteed in olive oil; a slice of a new type of yuppie bread with the artificial spread; and a garden salad, the componants of which are yet to be determined.

I don't know what I'm having. I have to make some things for Easter dinner tomorrow, maybe I'll just snack on Potato Salad and Broccoli Salad and Three Bean Salad....and finish with ice cream.

Left over turkey chili, and left over sweet and sour chicken w/rice. Yeah, I know the combo sounds gross, And it probabily will be. But there is just a tiny bit of both, and I hate to throw food away.

A ham sammich using the Yuppie bread and mozzarella cheese, lettuce and mayo.

It was really good. Everything was. I ate some of everything. I think I'll never need to eat again...

My family's motto is "Go Big Or Don't Go At All". It applies to all kinds of things...including holiday food.
