STATUS UPDATE

So here we are looking around, taking a peek... hanging out.

On some thread a bit ago, some one said how annoying the FB was with all the trivial updating goings on.

Personally, I don't think my daily updating is all that interesting but some times I really feel the need to share.  My kitties don't give a whit and the bird...well, he lives in his own world.  His updates would mostly involve "lived another day"..."got some of that shredded stuff again (cheese)"  etc.

Mostly, I have you fine folks to droll on about my meager existence and occasional moments of wonderful.

 

So, here you go...Keep it brief...mundane with a bit of intrigue.

speaking of dogs.... my dogs were ridiculous last night.

A friggin' train wakes me up @ 3:22am. I'm wide awake now & not happy.

I go to the bathroom. Come back into my bedroom & of course have to try & navigate

thru a floor of dog, in the dark. As I'm stepping over one, I discover that I'm landing on the paw

of another. In my attempt not to step on her both my feet go out from under me & I fall flat on my back.

It was a freakishly soft, quiet fall. And I land smack b/t the 2 dogs, w/out falling onto either of them.

Do they jump up? Express alarm? 

No. They don't even react! 

Well, the little one (who is dumb as dirt, btw) nuzzled her head into me, like

"hey, I like you down here w/us."

sigh...
