On some thread a bit ago, some one said how annoying the FB was with all the trivial updating goings on.
Personally, I don't think my daily updating is all that interesting but some times I really feel the need to share. My kitties don't give a whit and the bird...well, he lives in his own world. His updates would mostly involve "lived another day"..."got some of that shredded stuff again (cheese)" etc.
Mostly, I have you fine folks to droll on about my meager existence and occasional moments of wonderful.
So, here you go...Keep it brief...mundane with a bit of intrigue.
Large, northern mammal species with a covering of long-hair.
That's a mammoth!!
I love Newfoundlands - a friend of mine owned one that refused to allow anyone to go into the swimming pool. The dog would jump into the water and try to drag them out.
I worked yesterday, after a six day weekend. I expect at least another couple of days off, judging by the amount of work available.
That's fine with me, I like idleness.
Love those long week-ends. Especially if my SO has the same days off.
Not sure I could put up with it for six days though.
I've taken idleness to new levels of inertness, Slim!
Surely no worse than me.....
We should start an Inertia Group.
I'm real good at being inert on Saturdays..Sundays too!
I'm running late as far as everything goes today.
Except, not the kind of 'late' that means you're pregnant.
I can relate. I've run chronically late since about 1997. Also not the kind of 'late' that means you're pregnant.
I figure letting go of the things that eventually don't matter or are obsolete by now, I could catch up in 5 or 6 weeks, if I had a burning desire to do so.
Every time I was late meant another mouth to feed! Nowadays when I'm late it's a little less $$ !
Funny how being late never pays.
I was never very regular, so I walked around with this constant anxiety about it. Not that I slept around or anything. I was relatively chased. I mean, everything's relative, right?
